The Done Boys are back with episode two, "meating" with their Maplewood neighbors Bolyard's Meat & Provisions. This episode is much different than the previous episode and focuses on interviewing and learning from one of their collaborators.
Things we like:
- It's unabashedly St. Louis. There are no white-washings of where they are from in order to appeal to a broader market. They're discussing the business climate in Maplewood for pete's sake.
- They have a genuine interest in Bolyard's and the path involved with becoming a butcher.
- It's not just all about them.
