Today, Katie Lee Collier of Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria announced she’ll be taking on a new food challenge on an upcoming Esquire Channel show. As a chef contestant, Lee Collier won’t be whipping up the Italian dishes she’s so well-known for, but burgers—which she, in good nature, asserts she can make. The show, named “Next Great Burger,” will showcase chefs from all around the country who are competing to present the hungry audience with the greatest burger of their lives.
